FAQ's

Is the equipment hire for a set period of time?

Unlike some other companies, we believe that you should not be rushed into enjoying your bouncy castle experience. All prices are a set price regardless of time, with the only extra charge being for further distance 

Do you have a cancellation policy and is a deposit required?

As a family run business, we need to ensure that our costs are covered, whilst understanding that at times things don’t always go to plan. Please see our Book Now page to view our cancellation policy. A 20% deposit is needed to secure all bookings. 

What impact does the weather have on our booking?

Legally, we can not supply a bouncy castle if the wind gust speed is over 24mph. Whilst we will take into account the surroundings as some venues are more sheltered than others, we will not take any risks on this. We will be in touch the night before to discuss and will make the decision on the day. In regards to rain, as long as it is not heavy rain we will still hire the castles, but you will need to consider user experience. Again, this will be discussed just before the event.

How long does it take to set up?

Generally, the castles take roughly 30-45 mins to fully inflate ready for use. Access will often impact this so please let us know if there are likely to be any additional access requirements 

What kind of power is needed?

We will supply all the power requirements needed but will require a continuous isolated power source no longer than 25 meters away

How much room do I need?

Depending on the size of the castle (see products), you will need to ensure that this fits comfortably into your space, with room around the back and sides for the power, as well as room in front for entry/exit. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that suitable space is provided. 

Can I use it on any surface?

To an extent. The surface area will need to be flat and contain a surface that will not cause any damage to the outside of the castle. Grass is the preferred surface and any other surfaces will need to be talked through on an individual basis.

How important are the access requirements?

We need to ensure that we can safely access the preferred position for the castle. Please take into account the weather conditions and discuss any requirements with us beforehand so we can try and accommodate these. Unreasonable access could lead to a cancellation of the booking. 

Are the castles safe and clean?

Our castles are cleaned after every use. We ask that you ensure that nothing is used on the castle that could lead to it becoming damaged or permanently stained. Our castles are put through a rigorous safety check yearly by a professional.  We are fully insured, however it is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that all rules are abided to as stated in the booking confirmation form
